I just moved down to MB and my mom and I were looking for an herbal/natural store. This place is great! Very similar to the health food stores we're used to back in NYC. All the supplements and herbs and organic foods you can think of. We also tried a couple of thier sandwiches. My mom had the Mozzarella melt (not it's technical name, i forgot) it had Avocado and basil and it was on a sourdough bread. She said it was really delicious. I had the salmon sandwich which also came with Avocado, Lettuce pickle with tarter sauce and my choice of tortilla chips on the side. Soooooo good. Next time I go back I'm getting the beyond burger...playing it safe. But they have a full list of eats including smoothies and juices. This is a great place and definitely going back! Make sure you check it out!! Oh! And there eats have VEGAN options and (possibly) gluten-free options! *UPDATE* still a great place to visit.

Finally found a health food store with a cafe..what a bonus! I had. Great vegan Reuben, my husband a cup of chili and an out of this world snicker doodle dessert! Also bought some loose leaf green tea. Great service also!

Food in the back of the store. Pretty good and decently priced. Vegan avocado sandwich is good at first bite, but has an aftertaste. Egg roll in a bowl is pretty good, but would be better with egg roll shell. I am not vegan, but eat alot of vegan/vegetarian food.

My husband and I come here every time we come to the beach. Usually we have one of our meals here every day. The potato burrito is exceptional. They have wonderful vegan options. The staff is always so friendly. Michelle (I think that’s her name. She just started working there) was so helpful and kind. We love the outdoor fireplace on cool days.

Updated review: there are some new items in the menu and some new chefs in the kitchen. I come here at least weekly!! Please do yourself a big favor and come to Bay Naturals for the cafe and fresh wonderfully prepared food. And the grocery store part is terrific as well. Great customer service. Fresh, clean, delicious. Highly recommended. Treat yourself.
